I ordered a dress in April, it arrived and the material is , absolutely disgusting, I asked for a refund and told I had to pay for shipping because they no longer give return label to people in the UK, I just keep getting same answers and it's now nearly August,pay for shipping, why should I have to spend more money for inferior goods,I would not recommend this company as I said before I think this is a company that went under another name and did the say thing, and gave all the same answers on emails,DONOT use this company. I have now received confirmation that chicwish, have apologised about the way my complaint was dealt with and have now confirmed they are going to refund my full amount spent within the next 2/3 days. IAM going to change my star ratings as it's now being dealt with.

Requested a refund. No response yet. Ordered a dress for a wedding in August. Would not recommend ordering from here.

I received so many compliments. The colors photographed beautifully, and it looked exactly as it did online. There was absolutely no disappointment. The one thing I would strongly tell future buyers is to allow extra time for shipping. Because I waited so long to place my order, I started to panic as the wedding approached. Give yourself at least a month for it to arrive. Mine took about three weeks. I also want to mention that their customer service was incredibly patient with me, despite my near-daily “Where’s my dress?!” inquiries. 10/10—I would absolutely recommend ChicWish. The dress was elegant, beautifully made, and the color and quality were exactly as I had hoped.
