I was very happy with the return process. It was prompt and thorough. I had to return for items that were too large and came in separate deliveries. I was very pleased at how easy the return process is thank you very much.!
Love my dress. Just as pictured - which we all know isn't always the case. The fabric was heavy and lush and fell beautifully when I put it on. I wish it didn't take quite so long to get here but it was worth the wait!
I’m really pleased with the item. It met my expectations on quality and appearance. Delivery was very slow, but customer service were really helpful when I connected them for an update and I had ordered in enough time ahead of the event I’m planning to wear it to that the delay didn’t impact me.

Unfortunately I didn't read the reviews before ordering. If I had , I would not have ordered from them. Its only when you need to make a simple return that you realise youve been stung.. Thankfully I liked most of what I ordered. But the two tops, that dont quite fit,cannot be returned. A waste of money, and a crappy lesson learnt. I will obviously not be ordering from them again, as an online retailer should be able to accept returns from the country it delivers to.

I ordered a dress for my daughter’s wedding that arrived reasonably fast . Both quality and fit are very nice.
The following month I ordered two items that sadly weren’t in stock . I contacted customer service and they were very nice about it. They canceled the order and refunded the monies immediately at my request.
