Fanya from Chicwish support was very helpful and supportive when I needed to exchange the dress for a different size, especially considering I needed the replacement dress quickly due to an overseas wedding. I have made several purchases from ChicWish over the last few years and I have been very happy w all of them. I've gotten skirts, dresses, tops, and bathing suits and all have been good quality for the prices. The items have always been as described and matched what was pictured online. Also the sizes (and info provided about the models) have been very accurate in helping me pick the correct size each time. In my experience items have run true to size. The only size issue i had was one top that was sold as "S-M", and I usually get M, so i knew I was running a small risk. It "fit" but was much more "cropped" than I wanted! I didn't bother to return it though. Shipping times can be several weeks, but tracking is provided and since shipping is either free or very inexpensive its very reasonable. Only once was there a problem when an item i had ordered ended up being out of stock, and although i was disappointed to not receive the item, I was refunded very quickly without having to contact them.

Terrible quality!!
Do not order the Contrast Binding Linen-Blend Cami Dress. Clearly all of the reviews are fake. It is supposed to be cotton/linen blend and it is definitely not. This dress is made of some sort of cheap, thin polyester. The fabric feels terrible and looks terrible. The sizing chart is way off. The shipping took over 3 weeks to Canada. I will never order from Chicwish again.

Beautiful dresses and wonderful customer service. I ordered two dresses for my son’s wedding and the quality was excellent. One dress was a little large so I returned it. Albee helped me through the return process and always asked if I liked the dresses. They truly want you to enjoy their products and personally stay in touch to ensure an excellent shopping experience.

The quality and selection are superb and the price point is more than fair. Following a recent order I reached out to customer service for the first time, and the responsiveness was quick, kind and clarifying. I can highly recommend. Sizing was also accurate.
Deceptive Inventory Practices & Disappearing Refunds
One star is far too generous for a company that operates with this level of unprofessionalism. I placed an order on April 28th for an item listed as "Available." I paid for Express Shipping, yet the company remained silent for 10 days. I had to initiate contact myself only to discover the item was out of stock. Even more deceptive is the fact that the item is still listed as "Available" on their website today to lure in more unsuspecting customers. The most concerning part is the refund process: a credit briefly appeared on my account and has since vanished. This company is playing games with customer capital while providing zero service. I am now forced to involve my bank's fraud department to recover my funds. This is not a business you can trust. They are opportunists who hide behind scripted responses while failing to take responsibility for their operational failures.

The clothes are actually great for the prices and customer service is responsive. I have ordered several skirts and tops from them and had wonderful compliments on them. I have a harder time with there dresses. The sizing is just not quit right for me.
