Overall, the quality of the clothing I've gotten from there has been surprisingly good. I'm always super hesitant about buying online, but they've been a reliable option for most things at this point. I often get compliments on the clothes I have from there, and have been buying from them for probably at least 3-4 years now. Every once in a while I've had something where the quality was inconsistent (a blazer without a lining, the waistband being less crisp/structured on the same product when I bought it in another color later), but they have a reasonable return policy, and it's pretty hard to screw up taking off the giant tag that says you're not able to return it if that tag is removed. There's enough clothes I like there, that I'm totally good with the store credit for returns, which means I don't pay the return shipping. I think if I was only buying like one thing from there and didn't overall love most of their clothing, then I would maybe be more hesitant to buy from them and would be annoyed by having to pay return shipping. At this point, I have a bunch of my work clothing staples from there as well as a bunch of cute dresses and skirts and other clothes that really can be dressed up or down, so I'm totally good with store credit if I order something that doesn't work out. Honestly, in the 20+ clothing items I've bought from there, I think I've only returned like 3.

The dress I ordered was a really nice heavier material and I was pleasantly surprised by the quality. My expectations were low bc the dress was so inexpensive. It fit and looks great. It took a month to ship and I never was notified other than when I wrote the company to see if it was coming.
