This was my first order from Chicwish, and I couldn't be happier. I purchased three items, and the quality of all of them was excellent. The fabrics felt nice, the workmanship was well done, and the clothing looked just like the photos. One of the items did not fit me quite right, but what really impressed me was the customer service. They responded quickly and worked with me to find a satisfactory solution. The process was easy and professional.

Had to jump through a few hoops, but chicwish came through. First top I ordered was beautiful. Great quality. Great fabric. The only problem is, it was designed for someone at least 5'6" and I'm 5'2". I tried to get an RMA and it took awhile. At first I thought I might have been scammed, but they finally responded (I think after I left a bad review here), and then they were very attentive. They had my replacement in the mail as soon as they received my return. Then I had some trouble getting it delivered by the logistics company they use because they tried to deliver at 10:59 PM. I finally got it about 5 days later, and now all is good. The replacement top is really cute and the quality is good just like the first. 2 out of 2, is great odds. Chicwish seems to be suffering from some organizational problems, but I give them credit for trying to build a good, reputable Chinese brand.

And that I am also liable for import duties. Just trying to get hold of anyone from customer services is frustratingly impossible. Never again.

I ordered 6 items from Chicwish because in my opinion the style they offer is very cute and classy for a moderate price. All of the items came in time - as I liked every piece, I kept all of them. For this reason I have no experience with product return. All of the items have a nice quality - would definitely order there again.
I ordered a top and a skirt. After waiting an entire month, I only received the top and was informed that the skirt was still out of stock.
The top did not fit, so I contacted customer support to exchange it for a larger size. They told me I would have to return it to their US warehouse 🤔. I also expressed concern about the skirt, since I had no way of knowing whether it would fit once it eventually arrived.
Their solution was to cancel the skirt order— and 30% discount on top, but they only suggested this after I had already waited five weeks since placing the order.
The whole experience was frustrating, with poor communication, long delays, and inconvenient return policies. Don't waste your time or money.

I wrote to the customer support team who in fairness were quick to respond and helpful, but said the item wasn’t in stock and asked if I wanted a refund. I don’t believe I would’ve received a refund if I hadn’t had noticed the order not arriving. I’m unsure how a business sells items out of stock without realising/automating the process. Seems like a scam, would not buy again.

I ordered a dress for a black-tie wedding and the size was too small. I was nervous about getting another one in time, but the team at ChicWish helped me to get it (I did pay for expedite) they kept me in the loop of the order and it made it under a week. My package was delivered to a FedEx DropBox. The carrier put the package inside the Dropbox instead of bringing to my building. I do not have access to FedEx property only the FedEx employees do. I contacted ChicWish. Dan and Acuki contacted me. The carrier who delivered my package took a photo of my package and the FedEx Dropbox. I sent Chicwish a photo of my missing package. After a few days I was credited for my purchase. Very professional and polite. I love ChicWish clothes. I have a numerous amount of their clothing. I have no problem shopping on their website. Clothes are high quality and true fitting.
The return was a nightmare! They say that you can return from Europe but then the return page is not working, then they ask me to return to the USA from the Netherlands at my own cost, costing more than the item I bought. Finally after 1 month someone replied and let me return to Germany (at my own cost) but still cheaper. The clothes quality is average at best. Absolutely not worth the hassle!
I love ordering clothes from ChicWish. They come soon and are easy to return if you have a problem. Most of all the dresses are very cute, good quality and every time I wear one, I get a compliment. What's not to like! I am short and have to hem everything but that's about it with my purchases. I highly recommend you get on their website and order one of their adorable outfits. Love their accessories too!
I ordered a dress and it arrived in a week. The dress was beautifully made and all lined. I had to return it, as it was a bit small for me. The customer service was excellent at helping me generate the return . I'm reordering another dress and hope it's as beautiful as the first one I ordered.
