Buyer beware
I ordered from ChicWish and noticed I hadn’t received any updates in weeks. I wrote to the customer support team who in fairness were quick to respond and helpful, but said the item wasn’t in stock and asked if I wanted a refund. I don’t believe I would’ve received a refund if I hadn’t had noticed the order not arriving. I’m unsure how a business sells items out of stock without realising/automating the process. Seems like a scam, would not buy again.
