Customer Service is Useless for Me
Ordered parts online. Receipt showed shipping to my house. Parts overdue a day or so and FedEx calls asking about the address. Sent to wrong address. Call customer service to get it changed. They won't call FedEx They won't reship. They wont refund and recall. Customer service can't fix it, all they can do is write a ticket that will get fixed later. Sometime. By someone. Never again from this vendor.
