I just installed the Blum undermount slides this past week. It's the first time I have used them. Unfortunately, one of the four slides has a broken off height adjustment lever in the rear of the slide. It's my first order from Cabinetparts.com
Had to replace hinges and plates over 20 years old. Found match (updated model) online and the company was VERY helpful assisting me in determining if I ordered the right parts and if they would fit/work. They arrived and worked perfectly. My neighbor who is highly experienced in home repair marveled because, he said, "old hinges are very hard to match" and, given that, on his encouragement I ordered a bunch more extras for the future. The parts price was excellent. The shipping a little high but probably right for the weight.

Products are great. Cost of products are great. Paying extra to expedite shipping because it's needed absolutely sucks because of very bad shipping practices from this company. Ordered on a Sunday, with extra pay for 2-4 day shipping. Label created Monday morning but product is not in USPS hands until Wednesday at NOON. Now USPS will have it to me next week by 9pm on Tuesday. Great!! I leave the country this Friday for a week, so thanks for taking my extra money to not be able to complete the project after I return. I called and talked to rep on the phone this morning, she notified me I would get an email from them within 3 hours. It's been almost 12 hours and still no email. Guess their emails also ship only on Tuesdays, and it will take a day for the server to send it out, so i figure sometime while I'm out of country I will get the 3 hour email from cabinetparts.com. maybe next Wednesday before 9pm?... Thanks,..... for nothing cabinet parts. I will never ever pay extra for shipping. Ten bucks for parts, ten bucks for shipping on 4 items that would fit in an envelope. I can ship cutting boards and tools in 2 days for ten bucks, this was a waste of time for me.

Bought an item and wanted to return it. Was still in the original box and was just over 2 weeks after the 30 day period, and they would not offer me a refund, not even a partial. My contractor was not able to get to the cabinet any sooner and found that the unit was too large. These people need to take this kind of thing into consideration as you would think that remodeling/new construction would be their main customer pool. Try somebody else!!!!!!
I had alot of difficulty finding the right hinges for my kitchen cabinet. One of my hinges broke, and I wanted to find one exactly like the old one so I could use existing holes and not have to fill i. Some holes and drill new ones. I wnt to 4 local hardware stores. None had the right kind. One told me they do the make them like that anymore. (My cabinets are not over 10 years old, so...). I order3d multiples on Amazon and ended up returning them all. Finally found this site. They had the right hinge, for a nice price. They even suggested.the right size screw, and had an instructional video ( which I didn't really need since I was just putting it in the place the old one was). The order came quickly. I will start in here the future if I need these types of items, instead of wasting my time running all over town. Thanks!

I was very happy to find a location where I didn't have to purchase 25 units of the 1 metal drawer I required. Item was shipped very quickly. Unfortunately for me one of the metal sides did not come with a wheel. No worries it works ok without, not as good as the other side with the wheel but I'll live with it. The fit was perfect and the hinges work great.
Their shipping and website is great, they also seem to pick up the phone, which is nice Unfortunately their packaging is terrible. 16 out of 20 slides I ordered were poorly packaged and slides scratched up. Also they were not in original Accuride packaging/no instructions. Their return process is good, but replacements slides came in same condition. So basically I paid a full new price for used/scratched up slides. Wont do business with them again
If I ever get it, it'll probably be fine. Glad that they aren't my principle vendor.
I found the site very easy to navigate, and also it's recommendations and reminders about parts very helpful in planning for slider size and obtaining rear brackets. The videos for installation were also helpful. The quality of the parts were great based on the price (I purchased ball bearing soft close side sliders). While it's difficult installing drawer sliders after the cabinets are assembled, the parts themselves are great and definitely worth the time and effort.
Every order I’ve placed has come very quickly and the majority of the hardware I’ve needed for our projects I’m able to find here. It’s also really user friendly with the add-on features to easily make a cart of parts and needed hardware such as screws that are guaranteed to be compatible with your given part.

So relieved I found cabinet parts.com! I needed these quickly and had to have 66 total hinges in matte black for double-demount 30 year old custom cabinets. I found a few on Amazon but was still short and turned to cabinet parts.com. I then ordered a knife block for one of the drawers. It just arrived!
Cabinet parts arrived quickly and in great condition. They were exactly as advertised. I needed to trim them to fit exactly in my drawers (as planned). The trimming went well as the wood is of high quality. All-in-all a great experience and product.
