Person on the phone was helpful. However, he is obviously in a call center. Between the background noise and his accent it was very difficult to understand him.

This was our fist claim and the experience was horrible!!!! From phone calls that we did not receive, to repairs not made but instead an offer to replace our dishwasher at less than a quarter to what's its worth as its only a few years old. Then, had to almost fight with a "resolution specialist" whose foreign accent was so bad we could not understand her, and leading to over an hour on the phone to get the part ordered to fix our unit! Then, we were told that we have to pay for all installations, in this case over $200! This was not what the salesman told us when we bought a multi-year policy well over $3,000! Bait and switch, beware!!!!

I filed a claim on August 11 for a simple repair on my Samsung oven. Liberty was quick to send a technician on August 13 who diagnosed the issue as a failing igniter. He assured me it was a simple fix and he could return the next day with the correct part. It is now August 27 and I am still waiting for Liberty to authorize the repair. I’ve been two weeks without an oven and Liberty’s customer service has done nothing but make excuses for this unacceptable delay.
