The best part about this company is that if you have a certain appliance guy, electrician, AC guy or whatever, you can use them and then go through their reimbursement process. My only complaint is that the service fee per call is steeper than I've paid at a couple of other companies I've used in the past.

No hassle
No hassle, straight to the point. Overall very simple process. My claim was filed for my dryer that was no longer working and within days not even a week; I had a technician check it out, and a solution!
When I received the call from the associate over the phone they were very kind and explained the final part of this claim process. I have never had an issue with Liberty or any prior claims I can truly say I’m happy with this service. The Staff is phenomenal!
