This was our fist claim and the experience was horrible!!!! From phone calls that we did not receive, to repairs not made but instead an offer to replace our dishwasher at less than a quarter to what's its worth as its only a few years old. Then, had to almost fight with a "resolution specialist" whose foreign accent was so bad we could not understand her, and leading to over an hour on the phone to get the part ordered to fix our unit! Then, we were told that we have to pay for all installations, in this case over $200! This was not what the salesman told us when we bought a multi-year policy well over $3,000! Bait and switch, beware!!!!
