Responsive customer support, great license policies
(Honest review here - no compensation offered or received for my comments...) I had some proprietary codec issues when testing with the Free trial version. Got a response from customer support within 16 hours. Problem was that the codecs weren't included with my older OS version. Tried again on more current OS system and ProRes422HQ worked great. Ended up buying 5 licenses of Converter Ultimate since the software works on both my older and newer Macs, lifetime licenses are affordable, and everything installs and runs on the computer.
