First, this product fills an important niche that I don't see everywhere. I need this tool to convert .mp4 file to .mp4 files downloaded from my Google Photos that I can actually use. I'm no sure what Googles problem is, but downloading a video and then trying to add it to a audio/video editing platform and you will become sad instantly. It will not work. EasyFab fixes that in a few seconds.
Second, I had some difficulty making it work at first. Was it their product causing problems? Not at all. My Symantec Endpoint Protection got a little sporty with the install and was causing some trouble. How did I learn that? Their customer support is very fast, no BS, straight to the problem and helpful without a lot of fluff.
I most recently worked with Shelly, a lot of support techs could learn a few things from her.
Not only was Shelly efficient, she was very friendly. Any public facing company could learn a thing or two by following EaseFab's support philosophy and Shelly's spirit.
After a recent update the EaseFab app became very, very slow. The response from Shelley at EaseFab Support was quick and reassuring. After several exchanges later with her the problem was fixed, and I was completely satisfied. It was a timely and remarkable response in an age filled with false promises from many other companies.
I have been using DumboFab for a while now. And I ran into one disc that that program wouldn’t convert. Then I was able to use EaseFab, and the problematic disc was able to be converted.

Their software is absolutely fantastic, its dead simple, easy to use and its a one time purchase as opposed to having to pay a fee every month. I really appreciate a company that genuinely wants nothing but their software to just function and not get in the way of itself.

I was having an issue with BlueRay Ripper on certain BlueRays. After sending logs and screen grabs to support I was informed that their engineers had identified the issue and that it will be fixed in the next release. This was only 2 days after submitting the logs

I love the software; I could never find software that would actually play Blurays on my PC without lagging or other issues, so it's nice to have one that allows me to just rip my Bluray collection directly to my PC. But additionally, the customer service is consistently good. Blurays are tricky, and any time I have issues, they're ready to help me figure it out. They even upgraded my software for free when my first purchase didn't do what I needed.
Pretty solid piece of software for converting files to better formats. Staff was really helpful in getting the license back after a full system reinstall.
I purchased one of their products and wanted to return it the same day, as it didn't meet my expectations. Not possible! They boast a 90 days money back guarantee, but have a lot of reasons in their policy for not doing it. It's a Chinese company, and are not under the same rules as UK and Europe, where you have the right to cancel and return, if you change your mind within two weeks.

Bought a license to digitalize my bluray collection.
Conversion for most of them did work perfectly fine and I am happy with the quality of the ripped movies and shows.
I had an issue with 4k movie ripping and support was fast and provided a working solution.
Now I am able to backup my entire library.

Accidentally deleted the program. Downloaded again , but after a few years, and the license I was given didn't work.
Contacted support ans Shelly was right on top of the request. Shelly sent a link, re-downloaded the software and all is great now.
Shelly was great, fast response and most courteous.

EaseFab Bluray Ripper is easy to use and I have been happy with it's results. When I lost the program, due to a computer system issue, the EaseFab Tech Support was very patient and helpful about getting the program re-installed. I recommend them.
I am very disappointed in this company's products. Instructions are poor and technical help is very confusing. I recommend others not to waste money on any of their products. I've tried for weeks to trim and burn a DVD, tried to backup and burn a DVD, and NOTHING WORKS for me. The feedback from support did not work either. I give up! Have asked for a refund.
Contacted EaseFab support. Shelley and her team were very responsive. They fixed the technical issue and updated the software to include the fix! Excellent service. I'm very impressed by the support team's professionalism. Give Shelley A Pay Rise, Thanks.
