Superb Service!
It is so refreshing to find a company that listens to their customers and responds quickly and efficiently. I was having an issue with BlueRay Ripper on certain BlueRays. After sending logs and screen grabs to support I was informed that their engineers had identified the issue and that it will be fixed in the next release. This was only 2 days after submitting the logs Superb Service!
