I'm really concerned after reading alot…
I'm really concerned after reading alot of the reviews about the costly return charges, if we are charged for shipping when ordering our items we shouldn't have to pay expensive postage costs and return charges. There should be a system in place that if an item is either faulty or not fitting well, the costomer should receive an email to print to return the item & once scanned at your post office ur company knows immediately after scanning that it's on its way, & refund should start immediately, rather than having to wait for ever for your refund.
