Recent contact with the customer service team was excellent. I had a very speedy response and my query was dealt with straight away. I'm not sure which part was an AI bot and a real person, but it did a great job in changing my subscription. Staff are great! I have been a Zoe member almost since it started. The App, the information updates and the lectures have all helped me improve my diet and overall general health. A life changer, for the better!
