Reviewers had a great experience with this company. Consumers are really happy with the easy-to-use application, which offers clear guidance, insightful information, and wonderful recipes for tracking daily food choices easily. People also genuinely appreciate the customer service team, noting that responses are exceptionally prompt and staff members are consistently supportive when questions arise. Some reviewers were not happy with technical glitches in the application, mentioning occasional app crashes, unexpected freezing issues, and difficulties with food logging. A few other people also felt that customer support could be improved, pointing out communication delays, rigid return policies, or unhelpful automated responses.

I emailed Zoe with several queries that were all answered immediately with a full understanding of each query and really helpful responses. Outstanding service, thank you 😊
There was some confusion around the nonarrival of a confirmation email for a repeat order of the (amazingly delicious and filling) gut bars. Daisy got back to me shortly after I contacted ZOE, got to the bottom of the issue and things were sorted very quickly. She also overrode the computer system which would not allow me to update my address. Many thanks!
See to be as human as possible along with AI.
My query about using the Zoe App for the first time was answered promptly and clearly. I am confident I can access advice in the future if I need to.
Just humans being the best that humans can be - kind, wise, selfless and just plain gorgeous in the customer service department but also i've learnt and changed positively so much.. miles and miles.. since being guided by zoe science. long live kind humans, zoe and wise zoe science!!
Mike was particularly helpful with a technical query I had about the app. He answered my query efficiently and whilst I didn’t get the answer I wanted, which I’d anticipated, it was a friendly opportunity to raise a way to improve the app which I hope will be a future development. Well done on your customer service. I felt listened to .
Muslima supported me through some technical issues with my app which kept reoccurring and providing lots of frustration. She was diligent, friendly and effective, sorting out the issues for me in a timely manner. Thank you Muslima. ☺️
Brilliant. I have been using a month and has changed the way I think about food and buying food. I am much more switched on to highly processed foods and do my best to avoid them using the fantastic app. I have lost almost a stone having changed food choices and working out as well 😎👍
Useful and positive app giving good incite into the positive impact the foods i am eating is having esp gut health
ZOE Daily30 and following the ZOE Nutrition and meal plan advice changed my physical health for the better, my Bowel Emergencies are 80percent resolved now. I have more energy and feeling fuller for longer and I get longer sleep, better mood So thanks ZOE…!!!!…Karl
Easy to use, already helping to broaden my food choices
It doesn't seem to pick up British brands
I tried the 7 day trial and it gripped me. I really like the way it was easy to take the pictures of my food and drink and see what improvements I could make. I am a lady of a certain age and I really dislike taking medication unless required. I manage my hayfever through my eating and oils I hoped I could do the same with this. It has taken me by surprise as to how my skin feels better, my muscles and joints are feeling better. When bloated I can look back and see that while I have had a few beers or more bread on an evening with friends I can reset and not punish myself. I love the look of the varied recipes and it works with my working away from home or long hours. I would recommend to anyone to give it a go if only for a good deal of knowledge to assist with some really good meals.
Ease of contact with customer services. Rapid response to question.
Awful customer service. Like others I ended up trapped into the Daily30 subscription issue. They are merciless. The product is questionable to be honest and I didn’t notice any change - if you already eat healthily you won’t notice a thing. I think you need to have been a fast food addict who ate minimal fresh fruit and veg to experience any benefits. When you delve a bit deeper into the company you can see that their scientific evidence sampling is actually fairly small. They rely heavily on the Covid tracking history to gain credibility and the company as a whole is yet to make any profits. The financial issues they face probably explain the entrapment you experience with the Daily30 automatically renewing without reminders and their strange insistence that you can’t return goods as “they could be in a different state”… I rejected delivery and so did not touch my parcel and yet they still refused a refund. Again the poor financial situation most likely explains the slow, seemingly one man band, customer service team. As a business I get the feeling they rely on trapping people to take the single payment of £133 to survive. The biggest warning sign should be that if you email them you now get an automatic reply that discusses how to cancel daily30, clearly it’s a big issue. Once the governments new subscriptions rules come into place in 2027 ZOE will be in significant trouble. So in summary; 1. Unless you were avoiding all fruit & veg this won’t change your energy, bloating or bowel habits 2. You’ll need to cancel weeks before the renewal otherwise you’ll be trapped 3. Customer service can only be contacted via email and it’s takes 7+ per a reply 4. Use the £133 to fund a health diet and support your local green grocer 5. Don’t be fooled by the names and science… it’s just another company playing on people’s health insecurities to profit at the end of the day. In April 2026 they were found to have broken advertising standards and actually the daily30 isn’t 100% natural and unprocessed. I’d recommend everyone does their own research into Zoe.
Zoe opaque terms which resulted in me being charged over £100 after signing up to a £20 offer - very poor customer transparency and the customer service team are obviously used to this complaint and won’t accept returns - if this were a genuinely good product they would not have to use these underhand tactics
I disliked that A1 kept repeating the same thing and was unable to answer my question. Once I was put in contact with a human it was much better
