Good dialogue about an app query
Mike was particularly helpful with a technical query I had about the app. He answered my query efficiently and whilst I didn’t get the answer I wanted, which I’d anticipated, it was a friendly opportunity to raise a way to improve the app which I hope will be a future development. Well done on your customer service. I felt listened to .
