Worst customer service ever
Worst customer service ever - struggled to get online rather then app to cancel the free trial and then was charged and finally they replied and said they wouldn’t refund as given plenty of notice within the trial to cancel - explained I couldn’t access account as email didn’t work and could renew password and had reached out to them prior and no response - I even escalated the complaint twice and told no refund as my fault
