Hudson Reed customer service was great
Hudson Reed customer service was great. The patiently pursued information to help their tech people identify the needed part. Unfortunately despite their best try the valve cartridge they identified does not fit our valve Unfortunately HR did not give model numbers to customers 18 years ago so picture matching was the best they could suggest. Nonetheless I would rank their customer service staff as top notch.
