Rainbow trout - Fresh, firm, beautiful color, not fishy - so tasteful
From the time of order to receiving our shipment was seamless. Our rainbow trout arrived fully frozen in a well packed insulated box. The beautiful filets are perfect - the color - portion size. This is now our favorite fish. Delicious as is. So fresh. Not disappointed at all. Will be ordering more.
