The fish was great....the only thing is there was a very small amount of dry ice left...it toke a day later to receive the package but the fish was still frozen...maybe more dry ice could be added for deliveries to Cooperstown NY..Thanks.

My husband and I love these burgers. They are one of the best burgers we've had in a long time. There's just enough fat in them to keep them juicy throughout cooking and resting.

Well, I never received my order. It really isn’t a fault and fish market issue, but it is a Fedex issue. As the owner of my company, American Bath Group states the final customer only knows they didn’t receive their order on the day promised they don’t care if it was manufacturing issue a supply issue or a delivery issue. They just know they were disappointed and in this case, I haven’t received anything. Your customer care person was very nice though however and she is making things right with my order being shipped out Thursday for delivery Friday so long as I get it Friday no bad taste in my mouth.

Seafood has been very fresh and tasty, no fishy smells. Portions are just right, and the variety of things to try on a one-by-one order basis are nice. Bonus gifts have been good. I was skeptical at first of ordering seafood online, but I have been favorably impressed with the ease of ordering and scheduling deliveries. I did have an order issue only once and some questions on another occasion and they were very responsive (as in, a real and nice person answered, quickly) and fixed the issue right away.
