We had 2 orders of fish, cod and trout, the one star for cod and 4 for trout. The cod, 2 cooks same results not tender. Shipping with dry ice was good, but all melted before delivery, a first for us. Product stayed at terminal too long. The shipping is not control by fulton fish market, for the reader please take that in consideration. Fulton market replaced the lost, I thought was more than generous.

The communication was superb. The ads were accurate and not overblown. The tracking was helpful and it arrived when the emails indicated. No guessing . The fish were packaged well. I haven't had time to try them so i can't speak to that yet.

Love the several various offerings!
I have recently gotten my first box and it all went into the freezer. Why? My son was coming from California and I wanted to experience your items with him.
Yesterday we had a wonderful culinary experience devouring crab cakes then later thoroughly enjoying the burgers!

Shipment arrived late but surprisingly still partially frozen
I was supposed to receive my shipment on Friday. For some reason Fed Ex couldn't deliver it Friday so the said next business day so I asked for a refund since I didn't want fresh fish being delivered on Monday. They delivered late afternoon on Saturday and the fish was still partially frozen so I was able to salvage it. The fish (sardines) looked good. The delivery issue was not Fulton's fault so I would give them higher stars but you never know when it will get delivered.
