Fantastic Service
While the delivery company failed, I contacted Wild Alaskan Seafood via email and they were very quick to correct the situation by sending a new box. Then after I received it they sent an email to make sure everything was good. Melissa was on top of the entire situation. Additionally, the fish has been great in every box we have received.

We were off to a slow start with the first 3 boxes were half thawed. The dry ice was gone. The members I talked to went out of the way to help with the problem including replacing the fish that had thawed out and giving us credit. They were very nice and cared. Your fish products are very tasty and nothing like store bought.
