Some of my fish was thawed when it arrived. I contacted them and they are sending me a replacement for the thawed fish. Their customer service is excellent.
My last shipment was completely thawed. However, on contacting Wild Alaskan and reporting this, I was told they would provide a replacement shipment. I was advised to not consume the thawed ship, but donate it to a wildlife conservancy that would accept it. They provided a list of wildlife conservancy organizations by state. I was able to locate an organization near me, Joseph J. and Helen M. Sommer Wildlife Conservation Center, that gladly accepted the donation. Wild Alaskan handled the situation in an appropriate manner quickly and efficiently.
On a scale of 1 to 10, you get a 21 from me for quality, appearance, packaging and taste. Your chat feature has been very helpful - quick to respond and friendly. The Wild Alaskan Company is great to work with. Any issues are immediately resolved. The delivery schedule can be set and if necessary changed. You can change or add to your order. They are very responsive to emails and they are great to keep track of your order delivery and let you know of any delays etc. It’s a family owned business which I love. The fish is fresh and tastes great.

I’m really enjoying eating more wild fish and I love being able to customize each delivery. The seasonal selections are a very nice addition too.
First two shipments were perfect. Last two have had thawing issues. One entire box had to be replaced. However customer service has been excellent and they only care about making the customer happy and making things right.

The cost of my package seems quite high. I would prefer just the salmon and halibut and cod but even the amount i received doesn't justify the cost. Plus I don't like the pollack.

The salmon fish is delicious. It comes packed nicely and is delivered when it says it will be deliver.
The fish is very good but incredibly expensive for the average person wanting good fish. Wild Alaskan Company will not give you the price per pound but after figuring that out a good fish market with fresh fish is 1/2 the price. The product is good but the price is too high for what you receive. Some folks don’t care how much they pay but most do and this company is asking too much for their product in the opinion of the average shopper. Comparing them to our local fish monger shows a very substantial cost difference for all the catches. Just my opinion and I might add several others also.
