I recently used customer service and they helped me - above and beyond. I’ve received several boxes now and the quality is unbelievable. There’s no comparison to store bought or even fish market for salmon, cod, shrimp, scallops, crab, etc. The serving sizes are just right and recipes and choices are great. I love Wild Alaska Company, honestly. Overall, I’m eating healthier thanks to them. I’m also budgeted better because it is less expensive in the long run than if I were to shop stores and markets. Plus delivery is quick and much easier.
I appreciate mostly the responsibe and cheery personnel, then having delivery to my front door. I'm enjoying my current white fish order! My first order was salmon which I found to be a little tough (as compared to farm-raised salmon). My younger brother lives in Alaska, so I wanted to try the company's product and in the past he has sent me frozen crab legs. I wish Wild Alaska success!
