My box was open and taped together
My box was open and taped together. The crab legs were sticking out the top. Luckily everything was still intact. Although, we really enjoy everything so far, this package contained mostly Pollock Fish, which is on the cheaper end of white fish. If this continues to be the trend we will discontinue our purchasing. Update: Matt, from Wild Alaskan Company got back to me. He was extremely kind. He is sending me a new box, and explained how to dispose of my old box. The critters in my neighbors 25+ acres yard, ate well last evening. Thank you again.

The fish is fresh and delicious! I had one shipment particularly damaged and lost by thawing two packages of the fish. I called and was quickly taken care of . Customer service is the best!

Here in a small town in landlocked Utah, it is often difficult to find good seafood.. Wild Alaska has mitigated that difficulty! Very high quality and well packaged fish, interesting add-ons, and good tips and recipes. And even in this extremely hot summer the fish has arrived still frozen solid.

I love supporting family owned, responsibly and sustainably run companies. The product is excellent. The prices are fair, and eating more fish is part of my healthier diet. Although the styrofoam packaging says it's compostable, I don't know who would compost it, but it is great that you try.
