Paypal 100% favour the Merchant
Paypal 100% favour the Merchant Ordered pack of 6 soaps on ebay from listing . On the listing showing th 6 soaps was a picture of a Just William book ?? No details on the listing no price just a picture . As the soaps were cheapest on ebay so ordered and received order confirmation for the soaps . 2 hours later @ 11.54 pm (long since gone to bed ) an ordwer confimation on my email for the book and money taken via Paypal ?? Complained to both ebay sellers who denied any knowledge of each other yet both payments went through Paypal at exactly the same time . Set up a complaint via Paypal for unauthorised payment and within hours had a decision saying they found in favour of the seller as I had authorised the payment ??? no appeal allowed . Have since had refunds from both ebay sellers still with no admission of their link up . Very disappointed by Paypal as now having looked at reviews obviously if a problem occurs you are on your own . No reply expected from Paypal as it is obvious from the number of people let down they are there to protect the merchant
