Over 6 weeks to be delivered
Ordered an item on 16 Nov which was a Xmas present. Website said it would take 5-12 working days to ship. It took a lot longer and item didn’t arrive until 29 Dec. Emails with customer service were met with bland, stock answers and at one point I assumed I’d been scammed. The item isn’t as big as what I ordered and quality isn’t great either. Avoid.
