lie lies lies
Why is this company allowed to operate? They are spoofing hotel reviews. How do I know? Because the honest reviews I have given, never appear. I have had 3 sleepless painful nights in a hotel that was an 8.9/10. Wish I'd checked other sites, it's lucky to get a 5/10. Also at no point did they say it was a idget hotel, I'd never have booked it if this was mentioned. Now they tell me my reservation is cancelled with a day left of my stay. Meaning they won't give the cashback making this budget hotel even more expensive. I should have learned from the last experience. Disgusted.
