Terrible
Terrible! Purchased large garden umbrella online. Never worked properly. They replaced with a new one. Also the replacement failed. Returned it to local outlet. They kept assuring via email that reimbursement would come in. Never advised the figure of the reimbursement. They kept asking for IBAN where to credit reimbursement, although the information had been emailed several times. HORRIBLE!
