Fast and friendly
Jacob was super fast and very friendly, can't complain at all Edit 19/2/23: having an issue with my service, I tried to talk to a rep about it and he was rude, condescending and unprofessional Edit:25/2/23: Upon talking with someone who apologized for my prior issues with a previous rep, I feel comfortable updating my review, some of the customer service reps leave a lot to be desired but most of them are extremely nice people who go out of their way to help!
