Good service, be prepared for shipping time
Service was good - an associate followed up to confirm the costume sizes were correct. The product was shipped ~10 days after the original order date and I received a tracking number and link to the tracking website. It took 8 days after shipping for the delivery to arrive. Approximately 18 days total (~3 weeks) from order date to delivery. The costume looked like the website photos and fit well. The boots were a bit large in the calf area, but otherwise looked good. I would order from them again.
