Returns process is a JOKE!
I have used DressLilly for a number of purchases in the past. They have some unique designs that are great for my work in entertainment and are well-priced for their quality and serviceability. You do have to be careful about sizing, as I guess many of the garments are from different manufacturers/suppliers. With a bit of experience and care you can get a good product from them. Their returns policy and process, however, is a joke. Providing photographs of the items and the packaging, quoting all the reference numbers that they have sent you and then communicating all of this back to them - OK fair enough so far. Bearing in mind this is for an item wrongly described/sent in their on-line catalogue, you then follow the instructions to return the item via a UK shipper. Not quite as straightforward though, you have to send them the tracking number so they can confirm receipt. So after all that, I am informed that they cannot trace the returned item - when I have a receipt and a signature confirming delivery of the item! This is not helpful, responsive customer service, this is processes put in place that prevents it.
