It is an official scam
I made an order using their official website and it was shipped inside EU to an EU country. it never arrived and they made me cancel my flight twice to wait for it and the black comedy that when i opened a ticket their smart customer support asked me to make my family pick up the order, they want a family member to pick up sex toys. Their level of IQ is off the chart. Ticket ID: #595113 And the worst thing is they take 2 or 3 working days to answer a simple ticket reply every single time so imagine how horrible their after sales service would be. This is how they treat you during sales process.
