My Go To!
I now have (4) pieces of Ocura Titanium cookware. Two large pans, a smaller one, and the wok. Really love that wok, lightweight and gets the job done beautifully. EASY TO CLEAN! For years I’ve been using blue carbon steel cookware augmented with All-Clad pots and pans. I find the Okura Titanium the best out of all of them. They heat fast and even. And they clean easy. And they are very light and easy to handle. I have recommended them to my cook friends. Truly, I can’t say enough positive things about them, they are now my number one go to. I cook dinner probably four nights a week and I just look at those pans and can’t wait to cook with them.
