Just want a refund and still fighting them!
As per other reviews. They back and forth offering you a voucher when you want a full refund. Trying to use a 7 day return policy when legally in the UK it is 14 day and then 'lie' about when the product was received. Still fighting them for a full refund - steer clear of this company!
