Lee Larson provided the best customer service! OUTSTANDING!! Answered every question immediately and simply ...whether it was via phone, text or e-mail. Gave intelligent, informative answers... no sales pressure. He truly wanted us to be informed before we made any purchase and to know if we wanted to go with Yes Hearing. We are still deciding about which aid to purchase but if the rest of the staff is anything like Lee...we say "Yes"
