I have an inverter of 5 years old
I have an inverter of 5 years old, showing an error. I have been contacting support as I have a 10 year warranty on the device. Already I created 3 different tickets over a month now and NOTHING is happening. I get a single reaction but I still have no way to actually execute my warranty. Customer support is basically non-existent. Stay away from this Chinese crap and buy something proper.
