Issues initially but fine since.
Made 3 orders over around a week after opening account after good reviews from friends, orders were all waiting dispatch which i had been told could take a few days. Login to check if they have been dispatched and get a message saying my account has been deleted. Tried to email but got return to sender, used alterate email I found on the internet and same issue - have tried to use live chat but won't let me do that without logging in which I can't because my account has been deleted. Seems to be no way to resolve and have no idea if orders will be dispatched or I will get a refund. UPDATE So access was regained. You are not able to use the link as that asks you to login to speak to customer service. I regained after speaking with customer service via Facebook Messenger. Since then all orders have arrived fine, generally all take 2-3 weeks to arrive. Have revised my star rating.
