Bad quality dresses
I ordered a dress for my prom and whilst waiting for it I emailed back and forth with their representative, Cecilia, who answered any questions I had. However when in received the dress it was disastrous. It didn't fit right at all despite me sending them my exact measurements, the zip was sewn on the wrong way round so that it could only be zipped from the inside, the seams were messy, the lining had been sewn on with red thred (which could be seen as the dress is white) and their were small brown stains on it. I emailed them back straight away asking for a refund and they've not got back to me yet.
