Very disappointed when I had a problem with some merchandise received
I was happy to see the variety of items this company offered and the pricing was okay compared to other companies although it depends on what you are looking for. They shipped the order quickly and packed it well, but some of the merchandise had defects or was damaged and when I contacted them they gave me a hard time. I had to send pictures and even after that, they still made it difficult. So much for their "hassle free" policy. We are taking about an expensive order and a very small amount that I was dissatisfied with so there was no reason for the "hassle". Most companies want to satisfy their customers and apparently they don't care about that. I am thinking about returning my whole order. I don't think I will ever do business with them again.
