This is a well-run company! I ordered a table top glass display case from their Facebook marketplace ad on a Monday and it was at my door by Thursday afternoon! Product is good quality, well packaged for shipping and was offered at an amazing price. They also were very responsive to the messages I sent about my order via messenger. 100% trustworthy seller. I couldn't be happier with my experience.
We bought 100 rolls of Green Pricing Labels for #TM5500 Labeler. They are so cheaply made that we have the following problems. (1) The rolls look okay, but the center holes get off-centered toward the center; therefore about up to 30% of the rolls cannot be used. (2) The glue does not last long enough, especially on vinyl; we have to sweep the floor every day to remove fallen price tags. (3) The seller's attitude is also a big problem, as shown in the response bellow. The seller sold this craps. Then they have to say, "We are sorry." before they blame their suffering customer for this one star review. The quality control is the responsibility of the seller. I hope this seller change its response. I need to let the customers know my experiences before they purchase anything from this store. Please do not buy at least the Green Pricing Labels from this store to avoid the problems and blames that I suffer from.

However our 30 day no hassle return policy guarantees a refund for any reason. We believe it would have served your purpose better to contact us regarding a refund instead of broadcasting a complaint you had on one item and then having the nerve to try to encourage people to never buy from us. Placed an order.. They never fulfilled. Called and asked for express delivery..they refused... Said they knew it was their fault..but wouldn't do anything.
You ordered one box worth $1.95 during the Christmas rush. We were delayed on your order and then offered to ship it Priority Mail at a cost of $4.99 to us, so it would have arrived on Dec 24th. However you refused that service and canceled the order. We did what we could for you, and considering your order was only $1.95 (an order we lose money on), we actually went over and above trying to help you out.

Someone I work with likes your bags. She kept the last bag and said "Get more of these from Fetpak." I made an order but couldn't get them shipped to me because "Policy dictates that first time customers must have their shipment sent to the billing address and no other." I am not a first time customer. You are lucky I like the lady who needed bags, or I'd have given her bags from Uline.
On new customers purchasing with a credit card, we will only ship to the billing address. This policy protects our customers and us from possible credit card fraud. By the way, Uline's price on the size and style bags you purchased is $19.00/1,000 You paid $5.50/1,000 for the same exact bags at Fetpak.
We are very disapointed about the fact that you don't pay anymore the shipping cost for Canada...howcome? your dollar is higher, so to pay shipping, custom, etc...i am afraid that you will loose lots of customers.
Due to sharply increased freight rates to Canada over the last couple of years we could no longer continue to offer free shipping to our Canadian customers. After paying the freight to Canada we were actually losing money on many of our sales. We are sorry for this change in policy but to remain a viable packaging supplier we had no choice.
