Great products. Best prices.

I can always find exactly what I need. Being in the antique business and needing pricing/tagging supplies, I find Fetpak has the best variety. The website is laid out well and easy to use. From the time of order until delivery there is great communication from the company. AND orders over $75 have FREE SHIPPING! I would highly recommend this company.

Extremely bad shipping

I could NEVER get those bags I ordered because package was just left inside building.Nobody brought the package inside the store.And I clearly stated on the address label that shipping going into store. And store name was printed on the package.Thanks good people in the building they just notified me that left over package is mine.Since package costs money and considering bad shipping I am not sure if I will order again from Fetpak..Sorry

Marina, glad you received your package. We shipped your package the day after you ordered via UPS. Not sure why they left the package in the building, instead of hand delivering to you. Of course after the package leaves our dock we do not have control over the delivery. Best we can do is use reliable carriers and ship promptly, which we do. However seems this time the carrier failed. Hopefully you order from Fetpak again and we can use another carrier. Our apologizes for the inconvenience.
