Beautiful work! Packola’s staff is transparent. They over deliver! I will work them in the near future — you should too! Go PACKOLA! I ordered branded tape, swag tags, and branded tissue paper.
The images are not centered on the boxes. Some of the images are cutoff at the top and/or bottom. The printing itself looks good, but image placement is defective
The box arrived on time and as promised. There was one little issue and Packola took care of it without an issue and everything was resolved quickly. I highly recommend Packola.

The folks at Packola are great to work with. They helped me understand the type and thickness of the shipping box I was looking for. The online designing tool is very easy to use, and my box design turned out exactly as I had imagined it to be! This was my first time ever creating anything like this and within a very short period I was able to choose and create the perfect mailer box. I can't believe it really turned out this nice!! It was even delivered 5 days early!
Don't bother placing an order! This company sat with my order for full 15 days, despite multiple calls to find out order status. Then they said they could not fulfill the order because they had machine issues. We lost precious time and money on our own business, being unable to fulfill our orders on time as a result of this.

The process of creating my packaging was extremely simple. I love the online design tool that allows complete control over the design and provides an amazing, detailed visual of how the finished product will look. I was able to design the package specifically for my product - and at a very reasonable price point!

Everyone so far (but special shout out to Zeth!!) have been nothing but helpful. Asked all my questions and gave me tons of information to make my projects work very well.
The production to delivery was long, I had to pay hundreds of extra dollars (almost as much as the boxes) in order to get them to me within 2 weeks.
Robbie answered the phone, spoke English and answered all my questions!
Although the production took a bit longer than initially estimated, my order actually arrived sooner than expected. This earlier delivery was a welcome surprise and allowed me to get a head start on my marketing plans!
