The on line ordering and phone ordering have always worked out well for me.
Fetpak is amazing at what they do and they have really great items, all at really amazing prices!! If you want great value for your dollar....visit Fetpak, you won't be sorry.
The jewelry cleaning cloth that I purchased from Fetpak is of high quality in my opinion. I would not only purchase more items from Fetpak, I would recommend Fetpak products to anyone. The online staff went above and beyond to ensure that I received the product that I desired.
Been buying shipping supplies from Fetpak for over 4-5 years. Never disappointed.
My first, but for sure, not my last, time ordering from Fetpak. Although they were out of 1 of the items I ordered, they contacted me on the very next business day, offering me an alternate item. Customer service was excellent, product was superior & delivery was here before I knew it. Great company!
The prices on the products i bought were really lower than other suppliers. Customer service was wonderful to work with! I will be purchasing from this company over and over again.
Thank you for the quick delivery of the items (jewelry boxes for my gallery) I ordered last week. All arrived in great shape and are ready to be put to good use.
This was my first time using Fetpak, Inc and couldn't be any happier. Their prices were half of their competitors and shipping was way quicker as well. Very happy with my purchase and will make future purchases.
Always a great experience, a trusted seller
The bags I ordered arrived promptly at a great value. Would recommend.
I receive my orders usually within 3 days.
Everything came in great shape and good quality like always.
I'm extremely happy with my purchase. From ordering to delivery it was easy, fast and reliable.
Did my online research and selected the best website with price and shipping. Fetpak, Inc. communicated well step by step. Shipped my item in a timely fashion and it was exactly what I ordered and expected when it arrived.
Single Ring Clip Displays were unsatisfactory. The Clips had to be glued back on to the base - had to clean the base and the clip with acetone just to get the old glue off and re-attach with better glue. Quality control rates a -0.
Kate, we are sorry the two Ring Clip Displays (FL-01) were defective. It should have definitely been caught by our quality control. We are inspecting all FL-01's in our stock now. Please email [email protected] along with your invoice number and we will issue you a full refund for the Ring Clip Displays. We apologize for this inconvenience.
My order arrived very quickly and I was please with the quality of the boxes. Fetpak will now be my go to for my boxes.
Thank you for the 5 stars Richard. We look forward to serving you in the future.
Appreciated the fast shipment and reasonable prices. Some of the 1/2" square clear zip lock bags from our bulk order need to be cut because the perforation is inadequate, but all else perfect.
Thank you for your feedback Denise. We will look into the perforation on those bags. Hopefully there weren't too many that were not perforated enough. Glad everything else was perfect.
Very reliable. A pleasure to work with. Excellent communication & response time.
