Total Lack of Privacy Compliance
Lusha does not respect data privacy or your "Opt-Out" requests. I have never authorized Lusha to hold, share, or sell my personal data. Despite this, they have acquired my personal emails and phone number without my consent. Over the past months, I have been bombarded with spam calls, only to find out recently from a recruiter that all my private information is still sitting on Lusha’s platform. Their official removal form is a dead end and does not function. I received an email from Lusha claiming my data was deleted. A recruiter confirmed a month later that my full profile is still active. They are completely unresponsive on social media (X) It is appalling that they are harvesting personal emails and numbers and then ignoring legal requests to remove them. Lusha, remove my data immediately and permanently.
