Awesome Company and Enjoyable Trip
We have nothing but praise for Beijing Holiday and their staffs. At the very start, we were a bit leary of doing something with a company we had never met, but all of the reviews were so positive on the feedbacks. And we were not disappointed. Their travel expert Trudy responded quicked to our e-mails and patiently worked with us as we explored multiple options and changed our itinerary around several times before finalizing everything - all through the internet. When we arrived in China, they did everything they said they would do. We moved between Beijing, Xian, Guilin, Chongqing, Yangtze River and Shanghai in our 13 days. The trip involved multiple flights and trains, different guides & drivers, different hotels, and all of them were arranged in advance. They always picked us up promptly for activities, took us to the airport, helped us check our luggage and safely make it through airport secutity. Everything worked like clockwork.The guides all spoke very good English and were very professional, knowledgeable and courteous.
