Horrendous Customer Service
Ordered a product, and paid for express shipping. Express Shipping said 5-10 days, and ~20 working days have come and no product has arrived. Tracking has not given any update since 29/12, so well over 10 days. Customer Service has been truly abysmal, and despite the fact the shipping did not arrive anywhere near the promised date, I have been asked to "wait for my product" by a truly delightful person of the name of Jiya. Absolutely no apology, assistance or offer of a refund. Honestly, the professionalism is near zero, and I would highly recommend to use another website than this.
