@SIMPLER Hair Color – can someone please respond?
I’ve been a long-time customer and never had issues before, but my latest order is defective. The product doesn’t dispense properly (only one liquid comes out), making it unusable. I’ve sent multiple emails over 8+ days with no response. I see from other reviews that you typically reply here and say you’ve “reached out”—so I’m posting here to get your attention. Please respond and let me know how you’re going to resolve this (replacement or refund under your 60-day guarantee). Happy to update this review once it’s resolved.
